What actually happens, step by step
From the day you send your profile to your first week of work in NRW. No vague phases, just what each stage involves.
The first seven to fourteen days, in practical terms
Within 48 hours, a member of our India team reviews your profile and contacts you, usually on WhatsApp. We ask clarifying questions about your qualification, experience and goals.
If your profile looks like a realistic fit, we schedule a short call to discuss pathway options honestly, including where your profile is strong and where it needs work. If it does not look realistic yet, we tell you that directly and explain what could change the picture.
By day fourteen, you should know which pathway we are pursuing, or why we are not pursuing one yet.
Ten stages, from review to arrival
- Initial eligibility review — free assessment of your documents and background.
- Candidate consultation — a direct conversation about realistic pathways for you.
- Profile & document preparation — CV, certificates and references organised properly.
- Employer matching — your profile shared with a specific employer, not a generic pool.
- Interview preparation — practical coaching for the actual interview format used.
- Language planning — a realistic study plan for your pathway's requirement.
- Employment or Ausbildung contract — issued directly by the employer.
- Qualification recognition, where applicable — coordinated with the relevant German body.
- Visa coordination — document submission and embassy appointment support.
- Arrival & integration support — registration, banking and first-week orientation in NRW.
Indicative timing for each stage
| Stage | Typical Duration |
|---|---|
| Eligibility review & consultation | 1–2 weeks |
| Profile preparation & employer matching | 3–6 weeks |
| Language preparation (varies sharply by pathway and starting level) | 2–6+ months |
| Visa & recognition process | 6–16 weeks |
| Arrival & integration support | 1–2 weeks |
These figures are indicative only. Visa processing, embassy appointment availability and recognition decisions are controlled by German authorities, not by EuroDoot. Ausbildung candidates starting German from zero should expect language preparation to take considerably longer than the minimum shown here.
