Candidate Protection

How we charge, and what protects you

We would rather explain our principles clearly than publish a number before we are certain it is fully compliant.

We charge a competitive fee for our recruitment consulting, language-readiness coaching and document support services. The exact amount and schedule are shared with you individually, in a written agreement, before any payment is due. We are not publishing a fixed figure here until our fee structure has been formally reviewed against Indian recruitment regulations.

In writing, every time

  • A written service agreement before any paid work begins
  • An itemised breakdown of every cost involved
  • An official invoice and receipt for every single payment
  • No cash payments to individuals, ever
  • No sale of jobs — employer roles are not for sale at any price
  • No visa guarantee, stated plainly rather than implied
  • You retain your passport and original documents at all times
  • The employer's identity disclosed to you before any interview or contractual commitment
  • Clear cancellation and refund rules, set out in writing
  • Third-party costs (government fees, language courses, translation, travel) shown separately at actual cost

Complaints and escalation

If anything about your experience with EuroDoot does not match what is written here, contact us directly at hello@eurodoot.in. We treat this seriously, not as a formality.

If anyone contacts you claiming to represent EuroDoot and asks for cash, asks you to pay an individual directly, or refuses to provide a written agreement, that is not how we operate. Please report it to us.

We would rather be cautious than fast

Recruitment of candidates for overseas work is regulated in India. We are deliberately reviewing our fee structure against those rules before publishing specific figures, rather than publishing first and correcting later. This may feel slower. We think it is the right order to do things in.
