Yes. The employer's identity is disclosed to you before any interview or contractual commitment, as described on the Candidate Protection page.
No. The decision rests exclusively with the responsible German authorities. We focus on building the strongest possible application, not on making promises we cannot keep.
It is primarily a job-search residence permit, allowing limited work (up to 20 hours per week) while you search. It is not a general shortcut to full-time employment, and it does not apply automatically to every candidate.
