This is not speculation. Germany has changed its laws, signed agreements with India, and increased visa quotas specifically to welcome Indian workers.
Both governments signed the Migration and Mobility Partnership Agreement in 2022, creating a formal bilateral framework to facilitate legal work migration from India to Germany.
Government of India & Federal Republic of Germany, 2022Germany increased the skilled worker visa quota for Indian citizens from 20,000 to 90,000 per year. Indian workers in Germany grew from 23,320 in 2015 to 136,670 in 2024.
German Federal Statistics Office, 2024Germany requires 288,000 foreign workers annually to sustain its economy. Logistics and transport are officially listed shortage occupations with fast-track visa pathways.
Bertelsmann Foundation, 2024Since 2024, qualified candidates can enter Germany on the Chancenkarte (§ 20a AufenthG) to look for work — even before a contract is signed. The process has never been easier.
German Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz Reform, 2023–2024Transport and logistics professionals are included in Germany's official Engpassberufe (shortage occupation) list, giving applicants priority treatment and faster visa approvals.
Bundesagentur für Arbeit, 2024–2025Over 50,000 Indians already live in North Rhine-Westphalia. You will not be starting from zero — there is a ready community, temples, Indian stores, and support networks waiting.
NRW State Statistics, 2024We do not try to place people everywhere in every sector. We know the NRW logistics market — the employers, the process, the community — better than anyone. That focus is your advantage.
"We run Germany operations under Saran Capital Holdings UG. We have placed people here ourselves, navigated every authority, and know the warehouses from the inside. This is not theory — it is what we do."

EuroDoot is a brand of Saran Capital Holdings UG, a German company. Our work is not the work of one person — it is a coordinated team effort, with experienced professionals handling every function needed to make a placement succeed: from candidate screening in India to visa filing in Germany, and from legal advice to first-day settlement support in NRW.
We have done this. Our team has hired from India, brought people to Germany, navigated the Agentur für Arbeit, dealt with health insurers, and know the warehouses from the inside. That experience is what you are working with — not a startup guessing its way through.

We never ask for money before you are enrolled. Fees only apply once we confirm we can genuinely help you.
We explain every step before it happens. No surprises, no confusion about what comes next.
We are reachable by WhatsApp, not just email. Real people, real responses — in English or Hindi.
We only enrol candidates we genuinely believe can succeed. Our reputation depends on placements that work out.
Once we accept you into the programme, we immediately begin working on your behalf: CV preparation, interview coaching, video introduction review, profile building, and active job matching with employers in NRW. This requires real time from our team. The ₹15,000 covers this work — regardless of how long the placement takes. We are committed to placing you.
The ₹35,000 is due only after a German employer has interviewed you via video call and confirmed they want to hire you. At that point, we begin document legalisation, background verification, certified German A1 language training, and your full visa application. This is the most intensive stage — it requires significant coordination between our India team, Germany team, and the embassy.
The third payment, equivalent to one month's gross salary, is due once your visa is approved by the German embassy. At that point your departure is confirmed, and we begin arrival coordination: airport pickup, Anmeldung, bank account, health insurance, and first-month settlement in NRW. Tying it to visa approval means you only pay this when your move to Germany is certain.
No — all fees are non-refundable. This is because real, ongoing costs are incurred at every stage. Language teachers, background check providers, document experts, and the time of our own team are paid from these fees. We are transparent about this upfront. All payments are made to the official EuroDoot bank account and receipts are issued immediately.
Visa rejections are rare when candidates are properly prepared — which is exactly what we do. If a rejection occurs due to reasons within our influence, we will work with our immigration lawyer to understand the issue and advise on next steps or re-application. We do not abandon candidates after a rejection. If the rejection is due to false information provided by the candidate, no refund applies.
It depends on your goal. Ausbildung pays less initially (€1,150/month) but gives you a recognised German vocational qualification after 2–3 years — and a strong long-term visa path. Direct employment pays more immediately but does not give a qualification. We discuss both options openly in your consultation and recommend what suits your background and life plan.
A1 is the minimum, and we arrange and coordinate A1 training as part of the programme. It takes 3–4 months of regular online classes. You will reach A1 before departure. Your employer in NRW knows this and expects it. We strongly recommend continuing to A2 after arrival — it makes daily life significantly easier.
EuroDoot is a brand of Saran Capital Holdings UG, a registered German company. Our team has personally hired Indian workers and brought them to Germany. We provide written contracts before any money changes hands. We only request payment after you are enrolled — never upfront before we know you. All payments go to an official bank account with written receipts. If anyone asks you to pay cash to an individual, that is not us — report it immediately.
Leave your WhatsApp number and we will call you within 48 hours.
